The youths were allegedly found drunk at the house in Phenom estate and are being charged in smaller groups with idling and being disorderly. Some of them have pleaded guilty to the charges. Police dispatched three lorries to apprehend the youths aged between 14 and 20 following a tip-off from the estate’s security.
