Police are investigating reports of criminal gangs attacking taxi operators in Nairobi. Regular cab drivers were reportedly disgruntled over Uber’s cheap pricing model which they argue has taken away their business and have been plotting to push the competition out of Nairobi.
The high profile Kenyan delegation that is set to storm the ICC’s Assembly of States Parties meeting is likely to cost the taxpayer at least Sh70 million. The ASP, the ICC’s legislative arm, is set to meet from November 18 to 26 at The World Forum in The Netherlands.
